Page Access Matrix
This is the full table of every item in the YND OS sidebar/top nav, and which roles can see it. It mirrors the app's page registry exactly — if this page and the app ever disagree, the app is correct and this doc needs updating.
Note: admin and executive can see every page regardless of what's marked below — that bypass isn't repeated in each row for readability. The columns for Admin and Executive show ✅ everywhere for that reason.
Tip: A row with All in the "Roles allowed" column means there is no role restriction at all — any signed-in user sees it.
Legend: ✅ = visible, blank = not visible via role (may still be reachable if the route is ungated — see /help/permissions/known-gaps).

How to read a "no" cell
A blank cell means that role does not appear in the page's role list, so it won't show in that person's sidebar. It does not always mean the underlying page is protected if someone types the URL directly — several pages (mostly under /admin/*, plus a handful of standalone routes) aren't gated at the route level yet. See /help/permissions/known-gaps for exactly which ones.
Pages not in this table
Some real, working pages in YND OS are not in the sidebar at all, so they don't have a row above:
/bookings/new— CSR intake flow/estimate— estimate builder/workbench/:proposalId— Proposal Workbench/approvals— manager approvals queue (missing from sidebar — see known gaps)/csr-intake— legacy intake page/admin/servicetitan-mapping,/admin/integrations/framer— integration config pages
