Website & ServiceTitan intake
YND OS now receives website and ServiceTitan data directly — the old Latch middleware is no longer in the path for new traffic.
Website lead form
A Framer contact form submission creates the Customer and an Opportunity in the New Lead stage, and runs the property lookup used on the customer page. Nothing to do manually — the lead appears in Opportunities.
Website photo upload form
The photo-upload form on the website now files images straight onto the customer record:
- YND matches the submission to an existing customer by email or phone, or creates a new one.
- It reuses the customer's active opportunity, or opens a New Lead.
- Every uploaded image is saved to Customer photos with the form field name
(for example
Door-1_Image-2) as the photo tag. - An activity entry ("photos received") appears on the customer timeline.
If a customer says they uploaded photos and you don't see them, check the customer timeline first, then Admin → Integrations → Framer for the submission record.
ServiceTitan jobs, appointments, and photos
ServiceTitan calls YND directly. Each event:
- upserts the appointment (so rebooks update in place instead of duplicating),
- links the ServiceTitan customer to the YND customer,
- syncs Google Calendar,
- imports any job photos onto the customer record.
Managers/admins can force a refresh with Sync from ServiceTitan on Mission Control's ServiceTitan calendar.
Where admins configure this
Admin → Integrations → Framer (lead + photo webhook URLs, shared secret, recent submissions, one-time legacy import) and Admin → Integrations → ServiceTitan (recommended native webhook URLs, inbound events, outbound queue, appointment sync log).
