What it is
Mission Control is the landing page of YND OS — the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a quick overview of what's happening across your day: recent activity, upcoming appointments, and shortcuts into the tools you use most.
Who can use it
Everyone. Mission Control is visible to every signed-in user, regardless of role.
How to get there
/ — this is also where you land automatically after login.

Step-by-step how-tos
Start a new customer intake with recording
- From Mission Control, click New Booking + Start Recording.
- You're taken to
/bookings/new, the CSR 4-box intake (Align, Diagnose, Design, Decide). - A call recording starts automatically because you opened it from this quick action.
Jump back into recent work
- Look at the recent activity list on Mission Control.
- Click any customer, opportunity, or appointment to go straight to its detail page.
Tips & Warnings
Tip: If you're not sure which page has what you need, the sidebar is the most reliable map — it only shows pages your role can access (plus anything granted to you individually via Permission Sets).
Note: Mission Control itself doesn't have role-specific gating, but the pages you launch into from it (Customers, Proposals, Payments, etc.) do. If a shortcut sends you to /access-denied, your role or permission set doesn't include that page — see the troubleshooting guide below.
