- Save — it now appears on
/appointments,/schedule, and the assignee's/my-schedule.

- Open the appointment from
/appointmentsor from the customer/opportunity page. - Go to
/appointments/$id/edit. - Update the date/time or notes and save.
Check your day

/my-scheduleto see only what's assigned to you. - Use
/scheduleinstead if you need to see the whole team's calendar (e.g. for coordinating dispatch).
Tips & Warnings
Tip: If a job is sold (SAD paid), remember the 48-hour SLA to get the site assessment appointment booked.
Note: /schedule is a team view meant for CSR, Dispatcher, and Manager coordination; /my-schedule is personal and available to a broader set of roles who need to track their own bookings.
Warning: Always double check the date format — YND OS displays dates numerically as MM/DD/YYYY, which can be easy to misread as day/month if you're used to other formats.
