Practice scenarios

Scenario 1 — Fiberglass replacement

Simple stock-style replacement. Practice creating a proposal, taking a Site Assessment Deposit, then a Project Deposit.

Scenario 2 — Custom front door

Custom mahogany front entry with arch top and sidelites. Practice the design + CAD + reconciliation hand-off.

Scenario 3 — Mixed project (custom front + fiberglass back)

Two openings on one project routed to two different vendors. Practice opening-level vendor routing and release.

Suggested end-to-end flow

  1. Pick a demo Opportunity above and open the Workspace.
  2. Create or open a Proposal, add line items from the Price Book / Catalog.
  3. Send the Proposal and request a Site Assessment Deposit (SAD).
  4. Mark the SAD paid (sandbox), then schedule the Site Assessment.
  5. Walk into Field Portal → fill the Field Record for the opening.
  6. Validate Final Scope → request Project Deposit → mark Sold.
  7. Open the Project → run Selections → Reconciliation → Manufacturing Release.
